How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Please go to our website and login, then click ‘Manage Subscription’
2. Go to the “subscriptions” tab at the top
3. Click on your subscription
4. Click “cancel subscription”
5. You will be guided through a very short exit survey and then click “cancel”

IMPORTANT - this will only cancel your renewal and NOT any remaining letters you might have left in the subscription. If you wouldn't like to receive any more letters, please drop an email to [e-mail] and our support staff will action your request right away!
